Job summary

National Grid plc is hiring a Delivery Orchestration Lead in Warwick on a permanent, hybrid basis. You will own cross-product delivery flow from planning to go-live, coordinate Release Train Engineers, and provide leadership with a credible view of commitments across trains and platforms.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience orchestrating delivery across multiple Agile Release Trains, products and platforms.
• Deep knowledge of scaled agile, ideally SAFe, including roles, cadences, ceremonies and artefacts.
• Proven track record of leading Programme Increment planning at scale and managing programme boards and risks.

Responsibilities

• Own the integrated delivery plan across products and platforms.
• Coordinate the Release Train Engineers and maintain a single credible view of commitments.
• Publish cross-train dependency and impediment views and drive resolution.
• Own delivery risk position with clear ownership and mitigations.
• Manage integrated release schedules and environment readiness for go-lives.
• Publish cadence and predictability reporting and drive continuous improvement.
