Job summary

Qualifications
- Experience as Release Train Engineer or delivery lead in complex environments.
- Strong in Agile methodologies, Scrum and SAFe.
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and prioritise decisions.
- Experience coordinating multiple teams, products and services.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate delivery across multiple teams, products and technology services.
- Lead Programme Increment planning, release planning and cross-team delivery activities.
- Manage capacity, dependencies, risks and forecasting to inform decisions.
- Provide visibility of delivery progress, milestones and confidence to stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement in delivery practices, governance and ways of working.
