As Head of Helpline and Clinics, you will provide operational and professional leadership across a large, highly experienced remote team of Admiral Nurses working throughout the UK.Leading four Deputy Leads and a wider team of around 70 nurses, you will be accountable for services delivered through our award-winning Helpline, Live Chat and clinic services.
You will be a registered nurse with substantial experience of clinical operational management and leading large, complex clinical teams. You will understand what it takes to run high-quality, responsive, remote services at scale, balancing workforce planning, resources, budgets, governance and day-to-day operational demands while keeping the needs of families at the heart of decisions.
We are recruiting multiple Admiral Nurse roles to join our Helpline and Clinics team to expand ourTo be successful in this position, you will need to be an active Registered Nurse on the NMC register with a post-registration qualification or training in dementia care or a relevant subject. You will have significant experience of practicing as an Admiral Nurse or dementia specialist nurse and previously worked with people who have dementia and their family carers and supporters in different settings.
Strong communication skills are essential, as is a proven track record of providing high standards of clinical leadership and specialist nursing support. You should be adept at providing clinical advice, clinical supervision, and advocating for family carers.
