Job summary

King's College London is seeking a SACM Analyst to support Asset and Configuration Management, aligning with IT Service Management practices and policy. The role involves maintaining accurate asset data, supporting audits, and helping deliver high-quality IT services to staff, students and associates.

The analyst will collaborate with the SACM Lead to mature processes, manage software licensing, and provide input for knowledge base documentation, with occasional travel to other sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in ITIL-based service management.
• Experience with SACM processes and asset management.
• Ability to write technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Support SACM and CMS tasks in line with SACM Plan.
• Ensure assets are defined, mapped and managed in CMS.
• Assist with deployment of applications across the King’s estate.
• Provide desktop support and contribute to knowledge base.
