Job summary

Aareon UK is seeking a Technical Support Executive in Manchester to ensure a superb customer experience using Fixflo. You will troubleshoot client issues, improve support processes and build strong relationships from SMBs to Enterprise clients.

You will be proactive, communicate clearly, and contribute to knowledge bases while collaborating with product teams to shape future fixes. Recent graduates with excellent verbal and written skills are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Become a product & industry expert and understand the ROI of Fixflo.
• Act as the first point of call for inbound phone queries in a B2B technical support environment.
• Raise and track bugs, keeping the client informed on progress and fixes.
• Respond to customer and contractor feedback inquiries.
• Contribute to the future of Fixflo products and provide input on development work.
• Maintain and update internal and client-facing knowledge bases.
• Be proactive in identifying client problems before they arise and act on insights.
