TeamJobs, Bournemouth-based, is recruiting an experienced Sales Account Manager to join a growing international technology business. You will handle inbound leads for a SaaS AI-powered Microsoft Teams solution, managing warm accounts and driving growth with trials to subscriptions.

You will build strong relationships with UK customers, demonstrate products, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure a superior customer journey.

Formación

• Minimum 1 year of B2B sales experience.
• Previous SaaS sales experience is essential.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsabilidades

• Qualify inbound B2B leads and convert trials into paid subscriptions.
• Manage and grow existing UK customer accounts.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations.
• Identify upsell and account growth opportunities.
• Manage your sales pipeline and move opportunities toward close.
• Build and maintain relationships with key customer stakeholders.
• Work toward individual and team sales targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a strong customer experience.
