Job summary

IRIS Software Group in the UK is seeking a Customer Renewals Advisor to manage a portfolio of customers through the renewal cycle, ensuring contracts are renewed on time and exceed expectations.

You will work hybrid from Manchester or Slough, collaborating with Sales and Customer Success, delivering quotes via phone, email, and Teams, and driving renewal revenue while maintaining superb service.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer renewals from quote through to completion, ensuring contracts are renewed ahead of their due dates.
• Deliver a friendly, responsive and professional service via phone, email and Microsoft Teams.
• Build strong customer relationships and become a trusted point of contact throughout the renewal process.
• Provide accurate quotations and recommend suitable options based on customer needs and available solutions.
• Maximise renewal revenue opportunities while maintaining excellent customer service standards.
• Take ownership of customer enquiries and see them through to resolution.
• Manage a portfolio of customers and provide a seamless and positive experience.
• Work closely with Sales, Customer Success and other internal teams to support customer retention and growth.
• Maintain a strong understanding of IRIS products, services and new developments.
• Ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are consistently achieved through effective workload management and prioritisation.
