• Build strong customer relationships and be the trusted contact.
• Provide accurate quotations and recommend suitable options.
• Maximise renewal revenue while maintaining service standards.
• Handle customer inquiries through to resolution.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success and internal teams.
• Maintain understanding of IRIS products and SLAs.
• Participate in team meetings and broader business initiatives.
