Job summary

Profitero+ is seeking a Deployment Manager in Reading to manage client deployments and upgrades, liaising with Sales, Account Management, Insights, Product and Data teams. The role requires experience handling high volumes of small projects and delivering them on time and within budget.

You will own the customer relationship from start to close, coordinating planning, requirements, scope control and delivery milestones, while promoting best practices and knowledge sharing within the team.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in project management.
• Formal Project Management methods.
• Sound understanding of eCommerce, eBusiness tools, architecture, document management and database management.

Responsibilities

• Manage new client implementations from input gathering to delivery.
• Prepare requirements documentation per team procedures.
• Manage implementation to ensure successful outcomes for internal and external customers.
• Provide advice on specifications, cost, timings and implementation of customer solutions.
