Job summary

MiTek Optics is seeking an experienced Product Manager to own the day-to-day direction of the Optics SaaS product for the EMEA region from its Worcester base. You will translate stakeholder needs into actionable backlog items, define features, acceptance criteria and release readiness, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver valuable capabilities to regional customers.

Qualifications

• Experience as Scrum Product Owner or similar role.
• Ability to translate customer needs into backlog items with acceptance criteria.
• Knowledge of agile software development and product backlog management.
• Experience with region-specific deployment contexts is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as Scrum Product Owner for Optics product areas and align with customer outcomes.
• Maintain a clear, prioritized backlog balancing value and risk.
• Write user stories, acceptance criteria, and release notes with supporting details.
• Gather input from customers, regional teams, telemetry and usage data.
• Ensure increments are ready to ship and meet quality standards.
