Job summary

TEG.tech in London is seeking an experienced Product Manager to take ownership of software products and features that drive Member adoption and continuous improvement. You will work closely with Engineering, QA and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into clear product needs and priorities, ensuring delivery that aligns with user and business goals.

The role requires a technically minded PM with strong product ownership, analytical thinking and cross-team collaboration,

Qualifications

• Experience as a Product Manager in software, SaaS or tech environments.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and collaboration with Engineering and QA.
• Proven track record of owning software products and driving improvements.
• Ability to translate complex requirements into clear product requirements.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Take end-to-end ownership of products and features to drive adoption and improvements.
• Develop understanding of products, users, processes and dependencies.
• Translate requirements into clear, actionable product backlogs and acceptance criteria.
• Prioritise backlog and collaborate with Engineering and QA to deliver value.
• Use data and feedback to identify opportunities for enhancements and new functionality.
• Monitor performance and adoption, adjust plans based on insights.
