Job summary

MiTek Optics is seeking an experienced Product Manager to own the day-to-day direction of the Optics SaaS product for the EMEA region from its Worcester base. You will translate stakeholder needs into actionable backlog items, define features, acceptance criteria and release readiness, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver valuable capabilities to regional customers.

Job Responsibilities & RequirementsA Brief OverviewAs the Optics Product Manager, you will be the day-to-day product owner for the MiTek Optics business management SaaS solution. You will translate customer, stakeholder and business needs into clear, prioritised product work for agile delivery teams, owning backlog health, feature definition, acceptance criteria, release readiness and feature-level quality.
