Job summary

DeepL is seeking an IT/SaaS procurement professional to identify and negotiate with vendors, manage end-to-end procurement for SaaS, and partner with IT, Security, Finance, and Legal to ensure compliant contracts.

You’ll help evolve procurement from an IT focus to a company-wide function, implement efficient processes, and engage stakeholders as a trusted advisor on software tools and renewals.

Qualifications

• Proven IT/SaaS procurement experience, buyer level or above.
• Strong negotiation skills with favorable terms.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and select vendors; negotiate contracts and ensure competitive pricing.
• Manage end-to-end procurement cycle for SaaS, from requirements to SRM.
• Partner with IT, Security, Finance, and Legal to ensure compliant contracts.
• Support procurement process transformation and broader adoption.
• Engage stakeholders as a trusted advisor on SaaS and procurement matters.
