Job summary

RLDatix in London seeks a Director, Procurement to lead the finance and operations function, building a world-class global procurement capability. You will standardise processes, strengthen governance and drive commercial outcomes across a multi‑region spend portfolio approaching $100M+.

You will own the end-to-end P2P lifecycle, lead vendor engagement and negotiate complex software agreements while evolving governance, controls and data-driven insights using NetSuite and AI-enabled tools.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in procurement within Technology or SaaS.
• Experience designing strategic sourcing for software, cloud, and enterprise tech.
• Built or matured procurement functions with processes, policies, tools and KPIs.
• Knowledge of procurement governance, compliance and controls across multinational entities.
• Fluency with ERP/procurement tooling and AI/automation awareness.

Responsibilities

• Build and mature RLDatix's global procurement function with standardised processes and governance.
• Own end-to-end P2P lifecycle across geographies and entities.
• Lead global vendor engagement, negotiations, renewals and true-ups for software/services.
• Develop and evolve procurement governance frameworks and auditable workflows.
• Introduce and leverage NetSuite, CLM, intake/orchestration platforms and AI‑driven tools to drive insights for senior stakeholders.
