Job summary

FIND | Creating Futures in Bradford/Leeds area is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive new SaaS opportunities in learning technology. This is a genuine hunter role, focusing on outbound outreach and closing new logos.

You’ll join an experienced commercial team with an established inbound engine and the autonomy to shape proactive new business strategies. Hybrid work arrangement with 2 days in the office, targeting mid-market and enterprise prospects, and building senior stakeholder

Qualifications

2–4 years SaaS sales experience, ideally mid market/enterprise scope.
Proven outbound prospecting and winning new logos.
Confident in managing a consultative sales process.
Experience creating pipeline from scratch, not relying on inbound only.
Commercially driven but collaborative and relationship-led.
EdTech/learning tech or LMS exposure is a plus.

Responsibilities

Generate your own pipeline through proactive outbound prospecting.
Identify and engage new target organisations.
Run discovery calls and understand customer requirements.
Manage opportunities through the full sales cycle from initial engagement to close.
Build relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
Work alongside marketing and leverage an inbound lead engine.
Hand customers into implementation after close, staying focused on new business.
