Humaans is hiring a Software Engineer to help build and evolve a next‑generation AI‑powered HR platform. You’ll work across the product and stack, shaping features from definition to release, spanning frontend and backend, infrastructure, and integrations to deliver a better customer experience.

You’ll collaborate with Product and Design, own features end‑to‑end, and contribute to architecture while shipping high‑quality software.

Qualifications

• Experience building and shipping full‑stack web applications, ideally within SaaS.
• Good knowledge of TypeScript and an appreciation for the language.
• Experience working across frontend and backend systems.
• An appreciation for design, usability and digital product craftsmanship.
• A product mindset and an interest in understanding the problems behind what you’re building.

Responsabilités

• Shape the product from definition through to release.
• Build end‑to‑end features across our frontend and backend.
• Fix bugs, improve infrastructure and support customers when engineering input is needed.
• Write backend TypeScript across Node, Postgres, Redis and Kubernetes.
• Write frontend TypeScript using React.
• Expand our third‑party integration marketplace.
• Contribute to technical architecture planning as the product evolves.
• Support our Sales and Marketing teams when engineering context is useful.
