Job summary

MHR is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead high-impact SaaS implementation projects for diverse organisations. You will own complex customer deployments from kick-off to go-live, collaborating with consultants, Customer Success, Sales and technical teams to deliver measurable business value.

You will manage project plans, budgets, risks, and dependencies while guiding governance reviews and stage gates to ensure successful outcomes for customers and long-term partnerships with MHR.

Qualifications

Proven experience delivering multiple SaaS implementations.
Strong stakeholder management and relationship building.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across all levels.

Responsibilities

Lead the delivery of high-impact SaaS implementation projects from kick-off to go-live.
Build trusted relationships with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
Maintain governance, manage risks, and monitor project performance to ensure value delivery.
