Job summary

MHR International UK Limited is seeking an accomplished Project Manager to lead high-impact SaaS implementations for HR, payroll and learning platforms. You will own complex customer implementations from kick-off to go-live, building trusted relationships with diverse stakeholders and delivering measurable business value.

You will guide projects through governance reviews, manage budgets, risks and dependencies, and ensure on-time delivery within scope.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a confident Project Manager, delivering multiple SaaS implementation projects.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trusted, effective relationships with customers and internal teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong organisational, project control and governance capabilities, with proven experience managing IT programmes from initiation through implementation and into support, including working effectively through formal stage gates and governance reviews.
• Demonstrable experience managing project plans, budgets, risks, resources and dependencies to deliver successful outcomes.
• Demonstrable experience managing scope, change control, risks, issues and dependencies across complex customer implementations, with the ability to identify and address challenges proactively.
• Strong commercial awareness and a customer-first mindset, with a focus on delivering value and positive customer outcomes.
• A formal project management qualification such as PRINCE2 Practitioner, APM PMQ, PMP or equivalent is essential.
• Experience delivering HR, Payroll or HCM software implementations would be advantageous.
