Job summary

Engine by Starling is seeking a Technical Programme Manager to join our Technology team. You will deliver strategic programmes with cross-functional teams, coordinating engineering, product and client needs in a multi-client environment.

You will oversee end-to-end delivery, manage external vendors and payment schemes, and report progress against plans. Ideal candidates have experience in Financial Services or tech and can thrive in a flexible, fast-paced setting with room to grow.

Qualifications

• End-to-end Project or Programme Management experience, ideally within tech or financial services.
• Proven ability to deliver complex technical solutions with Software-as-a-Service.
• Hands-on and adaptable approach to programme delivery in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate a portfolio of complex, inter-dependent projects bridging Engineering, Clients and Delivery partners.
• Support SDLC planning with Engineering Leads and Product Leads to produce realistic plans.
• Manage client needs against internal capacity and proactively identify delivery risks.
• Own relationships with vendors and payment schemes to ensure service quality.
• Provide reporting and metrics for progress and delivery against plans.
• Continuously monitor processes and implement improvements.
