Job summary

MHR is hiring a Project Manager to lead high-impact SaaS implementations, guiding projects from kick-off to go-live. You will collaborate with consultants, Customer Success, Sales and technical teams to ensure delivery excellence and measurable value for customers.

You will manage plans, budgets and risks with a strong focus on governance and delivery frameworks, bringing formal PM qualifications and a customer-first mindset to the team.

Qualifications

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience managing project plans, budgets, risks and resources.
• Understanding of project governance and delivery frameworks.
• Formal project management qualification (PRINCE2 Practitioner, AgilePM, APM PMQ, PMP or equivalent).
• HR, Payroll or HCM software implementation experience is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of high-impact SaaS implementation projects from kick-off to go-live.
• Build trusted relationships with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Manage risks, timelines and budgets to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Drive value for customers and strengthen long-term partnerships with MHR.
