About the Role

For over 20 years, we've helped simplify compliance by delivering smarter, more effective solutions, centralised, digitised and automated, to strengthen teams, protect reputations, and prove regulatory compliance to stakeholders.

We’re looking for a hands‑on, results‑driven Demand Generation Manager to scale CoreCompliance — our self‑serve e‑learning platform for small businesses—to its next phase of growth. With 200+ customers already onboard, your mission is clear: grow revenue tenfold through smart, data‑driven, and creative marketing execution.

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you’ll own high‑impact B2B campaigns from concept to conversion—turning awareness into engagement, and engagement into revenue. You’ll collaborate with product, marketing, and RevOps to build a predictable, scalable pipeline engine that fuels Skillcast’s next chapter of success.

What You’ll Do
Drive Growth Through Campaign Excellence
  • Design and execute multi‑channel demand generation campaigns across email, paid media, webinars, affiliates, and retargeting.
Partner with SEO and content teams to grow top‑of‑funnel awareness through strong organic and AEO performance.

Build Conversion Engines
  • Develop landing pages, lead magnets, and automated nurture journeys that move prospects from interest to action.
Optimise HubSpot workflows and nurture paths to improve every stage of the funnel—from visitor → MQL → trial → customer.

Test, Learn, and Optimise
  • Run A/B tests and experiments to constantly improve messaging, targeting, and conversion rates.
  • Track and report key KPIs—including MQLs, SQLs, CAC, and campaign ROI—to continuously improve performance.
Collaborate and Align
  • Work closely with Sales to ensure high‑intent leads are prioritised and converted efficiently.
  • Partner with the Head of Marketing to ensure demand generation aligns with our brand story and long‑term strategy.

Experience
  • 7+ years of B2B demand generation experience, ideally in SaaS products for small businesses.
  • 10+ years of overall experience in marketing roles.
  • Proven track record of delivering measurable pipeline and revenue impact.
  • Experience with marketing automation & CRM systems (e.g., GA4, HubSpot).
