A SaaS compliance training company is seeking a Demand Generation Manager to grow its self-serve e-learning platform for small businesses. This role requires a performance-driven marketer with over 7 years of B2B demand generation experience, particularly in SaaS. The successful candidate will drive marketing campaigns across multiple channels and collaborate closely with various teams to optimize lead generation. Hybrid work options are offered along with a competitive salary and benefits including health care and pension contributions.
Skillcast empowers organisations to build ethical and resilient workplaces through our SaaS compliance e-learning platform and extensive off-the-shelf course library. For over 20 years, we've helped simplify compliance by delivering smarter, more effective solutions, centralised, digitised and automated, to strengthen teams, protect reputations, and prove regulatory compliance to stakeholders.
We’re looking for a hands‑on, results‑driven Demand Generation Manager to scale CoreCompliance — our self‑serve e‑learning platform for small businesses—to its next phase of growth. With 200+ customers already onboard, your mission is clear: grow revenue tenfold through smart, data‑driven, and creative marketing execution.
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you’ll own high‑impact B2B campaigns from concept to conversion—turning awareness into engagement, and engagement into revenue. You’ll collaborate with product, marketing, and RevOps to build a predictable, scalable pipeline engine that fuels Skillcast’s next chapter of success.
You’re a performance‑driven marketer who thrives on turning insight into impact. You love connecting creativity with data and get energy from seeing campaigns deliver measurable growth. Curious, collaborative, and commercially minded—you’re ready to help shape how small businesses think about compliance, culture, and doing business the right way.
You should live within commutable distance of London and be eligible to work within the UK.
