Job summary

Greencore seeks a Head of Change & Communications to lead the end-to-end change management for a 6-month S4/HANA transformation. You will own stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and process visualisation across multiple sites, with travel across the UK as required.

The role demands strong leadership in change enablement, collaboration with the Greencore comms lead, and delivery of high-quality training and communications assets to minimise disruption.

Qualifications

• Ability to influence without formal authority (persuasive, consensus builder, good communicator).
• Excellent organisational skills, including attention to detail and ability to see the big picture.
• Strong people management skills.
• Proficient in project management processes and tools (e.g. Microsoft project, Jira).
• Deep understanding of change management processes, specifically stakeholder management.
• Experience of leading change in relation to an ERP roll-out (preferably S4 HANA).
• Experience in leading cultural shifts.
• Experience of managing large scale transformation programmes would be preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall change management strategy across workstreams: change, stakeholder engagement, communications, training.
• Provide regular status updates as part of the project reporting cadence.
• Assure quality outputs and use of best practice templates across change enablement workstreams.
• Drive significant cultural shifts within the business.
• Own the Project Vision narrative and develop high-quality communications plans and assets with the comms lead.
• Collaborate with Greencore communications lead to align project updates with existing channels.
• Promote stakeholder engagement across the Project Vision team in collaboration with the transformation director.
• Manage the stakeholder engagement plan and progress reporting.
