Job summary

Greencore is seeking an FSS Enablement Lead to bridge the S/4HANA transformation with Finance Shared Services. The role requires ensuring operational readiness and sustainable adoption of new ways of working across FSS.

You will own change impact closures, translate programme changes into FSS processes and roles, and drive continuous improvement with a focus on MDM, ServiceNow and automation, while travelling to sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in FSS/GBS and finance transformation.
• Proven ability to lead SAP-enabled transformations, especially S/4HANA.
• Strong grasp of end-to-end finance processes and data governance.

Responsibilities

• Interface between S/4HANA programme and Finance Shared Services to drive readiness.
• Lead closure of FSS change impacts with clear owners and plans.
• Translate programme changes into FSS processes, roles and systems.
• Identify readiness gaps, dependencies, and risks before deployment.
• Provide leadership with visibility on readiness and actions.
• Drive improvements to end-to-end finance processes and service delivery.
