Job summary

Novanta is seeking a Change Management & Training Deployment Lead to oversee end‑to‑end training deployment for the SAP S/4HANA transformation. You will ensure thousands of users across functions and regions are trained and ready to operate in the new way of working from day one.

You will lead global deployment, drive user readiness, and shape the training strategy with ILT, eLearning, simulations and job aids. This role is based in Stockport with hybrid working and global impact.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering training deployment and business readiness in ERP/SAP programmes.
• Strong stakeholder engagement across business and IT.
• Ability to translate complex processes into training and adoption strategies.
• Experience in large-scale transformation programmes.

Responsibilities

• Lead global training deployment across the S/4HANA programme.
• Define and deliver the training strategy including ILT, eLearning, simulations and job aids.
• Conduct readiness assessments and track adoption risks, issues and gaps.
• Coordinate localisation of materials and enable Train-the-Trainer networks.
