Job summary

Greencore is seeking a Head of Change & Communications (S4/Hana Transformation) for a 6-month, Inside IR35 contract. The role supports remote working with travel to sites across the UK, including London and Spalding.

You will lead the change management, communications and training strategy for Project Vision, driving stakeholder engagement and ensuring smooth ERP deployment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in large-scale transformation, ERP change with S4 HANA, and

Qualifications

A leader able to influence without formal authority across complex change programmes.
Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail and big-picture view.
Strong people management skills with delivery focus.
Proficient in project management processes and tools (e.g. Microsoft Project, Jira).
Deep understanding of managing change related to technology implementations.
Strong understanding of change management processes, especially stakeholder management.
Experience leading change for ERP roll-outs, preferably S4 HANA.
Experience in driving cultural shifts during large-scale transformations.
Experience managing large-scale transformation programmes.
Senior management experience is preferred.
Strategic thinker with the ability to plan and deliver.
Logical, analytical, and multi-tasking mindset.
People-focused with outcome orientation.
Willingness to travel to UK sites as required.

Responsibilities

Lead the overall change management strategy aligning change, stakeholder engagement, communications and training.
Provide regular status updates as part of project reporting cadence.
Assure quality outputs using best-practice tools, templates and methodologies across change workstreams.
Lead in identifying and driving significant cultural shifts.
Own the project narrative and ensure high-quality communications plans and assets.
Collaborate with Greencore communications lead to complement overall plans and channels.
Support stakeholder engagement activities across the Project Vision team.
Maintain the stakeholder management plan and progress reporting.
Plan and execute the communications plan with integration to critical paths.
Ensure high-quality training aligned to Greencore stakeholders with the training lead.
Keep training attributes relevant and future-proof; explore supporting tech solutions.
Coordinate process visualisations with process leads and maintain sustainability of mappings.
Oversee development of role mappings and ensure quality assurance across outputs.
