Job summary

Primark is seeking a S2P Procurement Manager to lead the global Source-to-Contract process, setting strategy, governance and the multi-year transformation roadmap across sourcing, contracting, buying and supplier enablement.

You will partner with Finance, Legal and Audit to strengthen controls, drive KPI-led performance, and share best practices across regions with a culture of excellence.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in senior procurement, global process ownership or enterprise transformation roles.
• Proven track record leading end-to-end Source-to-Pay (S2P) strategy, transformation and change programmes.
• Expertise in designing and implementing global procurement processes, operating models and governance.
• Strong experience driving standardisation, digitisation, automation and scalable procurement solutions.
• Ability to develop business cases and present strategic recommendations to executives.

Responsibilities

• Own and govern Primark’s global Source-to-Contract (S2C) process across the business.
• Define and maintain global procurement processes, policies, standards and operating models.
• Lead the development and delivery of the multi-year S2P transformation strategy and roadmap.
• Act as the senior procurement lead for S2P transformation, delivering business outcomes.
• Provide strategic advice to senior leaders on procurement capabilities and risk management.
• Lead S2C governance forums and escalate key risks.
• Own global S2C performance metrics and drive improvements.
• Establish KPIs, reporting and MI to support data-driven decisions.
• Use data to identify opportunities and lead continuous improvements.
• Ensure governance and third-party risk management across procurement lifecycle.
• Collaborate with Finance, Legal, Risk and Audit to strengthen controls.
• Shape procurement technology and data initiatives to support goals.
• Drive adoption of standardized tools and processes across regions.
• Influence stakeholders and lead cross-functional collaboration.
• Develop leadership and change-management programs to build capability.
