Job summary

Balfour Beatty plc is seeking a Global Source to Pay Process Owner to lead and own the end-to-end procurement process framework across the organization. You will drive governance, performance, and the deployment of the global S2P technology stack while balancing compliance with user experience.

You will lead teams supporting Procurement Analysts, manage major software deployments (Coupa/Ariba/Jaggaer/Oracle) and partner with internal/external stakeholders to enable global procurement excellence

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in procurement operations or transformation.
• Ability to drive end-to-end process design and governance.
• Experience with major procurement platforms and data-led improvements.

Responsibilities

• Own and document the global procurement process framework, including sourcing, supplier registration, contract management and requisition-to-PO activity.
• Lead Procurement Analysts and data/reporting teams to improve performance.
• Evaluate and select procurement software solutions and lead technology deployments.
• Define controls and audit readiness, embedding governance into workflows.
• Monitor adoption, cycle times, spend leakage and contract compliance.
