We are an international IT product company and we specialize in automated vision systems development. Our first product QuatroPBC is intended for quality control of pavement tiles and curbstones.

QuatroPBC is successfully supplied to the international market - Russia, Germany, Mexico, USA, Lithuania and will soon be available in many other countries. There’re also other products we’re currently developing and because of these big plans we are looking for a specialist who will work in our Technical Support Team, assisting our customers worldwide and contributing to our product's improvement.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring support chats (Telegram, Rocket.Chat, WhatsApp) and providing prompt responses to client inquiries.
  • Monitoring the state of installations at production facilities and promptly notifying clients about non-standard situations.
  • Creating and managing tickets in a ticket-tracking system (Notion), including descriptions, priorities, and statuses.
  • Escalating technically complex or unusual issues to the development team with full context description.
  • Fixing typical errors according to instructions and independently searching for solutions in non-standard cases.
  • Diagnosing incidents on the client side: analyzing logs, container states, network connections, etc.
  • Ensuring timely response times for requests (SLA).
  • Maintaining knowledge base: creating new instructions and updating existing documentation.
  • Communication with clients by phone when necessary (English language required).

Requirements:

  • 1. Confident handling of Linux at a technical support level: navigation within the system, basic diagnostics, working with logs and services.
  • 2. Basic understanding of Git.
  • 3. Good understanding of Docker and Docker Compose: ability to check containers' operation, restart them, navigate through configuration files.
  • 5. At least B1-B2 Russian and C1 English level(ability to communicate clearly both written and verbally regarding technical matters).
  • 6. Responsibility and readiness to make decisions.
  • 7. Willingness to learn new things and independently acquire new technologies.

  • Schedule: from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM local time of candidate
