Qualifications

• Be a student from any degree subject
• Confidently communicate and engage with people
• Build strong working relationships and work collaboratively

• Show a genuine interest in the built environment and surveying as a career
• Work independently and take initiative
• Be a creative thinker with strong attention to detail
• Be committed to continuing their studies in order to become Chartered with RICS
• Have access to transport, or be willing to do so by the time they start work, as travel to out-of-town client sites is often required
• Enjoy being out and about in all weathers, travelling across the region or further afield, and occasionally working outside normal office hours when required
