TOWNSEND CHARTERED SURVEYORS in Exeter, Devon, is seeking a Rural Surveyor at qualified, graduate or apprentice level to join a small, forward-thinking team delivering land agency services across the UK.

You will gain experience in estate management, farm and land sales, valuations, planning and ecological advice, with CAAV and RICS APC training included and a clear path to chartered status.

Qualifications

• RICS accredited rural degree required or currently studying.
• Interest in estate management, farm and land valuation and agricultural services.
• Willingness to progress towards APC with CAAV training.

Responsibilities

• Assist with rural surveys, valuations and land management tasks.
• Support client contact and project delivery for local and national assignments.
