Bidwells in Cambridge is seeking a motivated Graduate Rural Surveyor to join our Rural Surveying team from September 2027. You’ll gain hands-on experience across a diverse portfolio and work with industry-leading experts to lay the foundations of a surveying career.

You’ll benefit from a two-year graduate development program, structured APC support to achieve RICS status, and extensive on-the-job training as you build client relationships and project delivery skills.

Qualifications

• Passion for rural property, land, agriculture and the environment.
• Relevant work experience within the rural sector.
• Full UK Driving Licence & access to a vehicle.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
