Job summary

Knight Frank’s Rural Graduate programme is based across the UK in Rural offices, offering exposure, training and support to launch a career in the rural property industry. You will follow the Rural APC pathway and work on an expanded portfolio of clients, tenants and properties.

You join in September 2027, with a view to completing the graduate scheme and qualifying as a surveyor in March 2030. Regional offices include Bristol, Cambridge, Chester, East Hendred, Horsham, Kent and York.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in any subject.
• Willingness to work in rural/land-based sector.
• Able to work in a team and adapt to hybrid working.

Responsibilities

• Assisting in managing estates for private/institutional landowners across a range of activities spanning agricultural management, estate management, land purchasing and sales, and professional land agency including planning and environmental aspects.
• In-hand farming, contract and share farming agreements, subsidy claims and environmental grants; land valuation and rent reviews.
