The role offers APC preparation, mentoring from experienced professionals and exposure to pre-acquisition surveys, maintenance planning and energy efficiency projects across UK offices.

Qualifications

• A student from any degree subject.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Willingness to travel and participate in APC process.
• Interest in the built environment and surveying as a career.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a graduate training programme toward APC.
• Assist with building surveying across diverse client types.
• Develop technical and professional skills in building condition, maintenance, repair, refurbishment.
• Contribute to pre-acquisition surveys, energy efficiency, dilapidations, and restoration projects.
