Rotate is seeking an experienced Rural Surveyor to join its established property consultancy. The role covers rural and agricultural property matters, with MRICS-qualified professionals advising a diverse client base across several UK locations.

Active involvement in Red Book valuations, landlord and tenant matters, and advising on access and rights, plus the potential to develop client relationships and contribute to the growth of regional teams.

Competenze

• MRICS qualification, ideally with RICS Registered Valuer status.
• Experience in rural surveying, valuation and consultancy.
• Strong technical, analytical and numerical capabilities.
• Confident producing high-quality written reports, including Red Book valuations.
• Good commercial awareness and understanding of the rural property market.
• Ability to manage workloads independently and deliver to deadlines.
• Proactive approach to client development and business generation.

Salary: Up to £75,000 + Benefits (DOE)

The Opportunity

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Rural Surveyor to join an established property consultancy, with opportunities available across several UK locations.

The positions are open to individuals at Associate through to Associate Director level, depending on experience and career ambitions.

This is a varied, consultancy-focused role advising a diverse portfolio of private clients, landowners, agricultural businesses and property investors. The workload covers a broad range of rural and agricultural property matters, offering exposure to varied professional instructions and valuation work.

You will be involved in Red Book valuations, landlord and tenant matters, access and rights advice, alongside wider rural property consultancy. There is also scope to develop existing client relationships, generate new business and contribute to the continued growth of the regional teams.
