Websters Rural is seeking a Senior Associate Director to lead rural property sales in Norfolk. The role involves valuing and marketing farms, winning new instructions, negotiating deals, and driving revenue while nurturing long-term client relationships.

You will work within an Estates and Farm Agency team, benefiting from a supportive environment that prioritises professional growth and excellent client service.

Qualifications

• Degree-level qualification in a relevant field.
• RICS or CAAV qualification preferred.
• Proven track record in rural property transactions.
• Demonstrable fee-earning experience in the sector.
• Strong network of senior industry contacts.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience working with diverse rural clients.
