GCB AGENCY RECRUITMENT represents a well-established rural property client seeking a Chartered Rural Surveyor to join the team. The role promises a great working environment and a clear path to partnership.

Work is full-time and office-based in North Norfolk with some travel around Norfolk for appointments. A salary is offered dependent on experience, plus discretionary bonuses and generous holiday entitlements, including a birthday day off and a discretionary day around Christmas.

Qualifications

• MRICS qualification is required or essential.
• Full CAAV membership FAAV is preferred.
• Level 3 Valuation is desirable.
• Strong rural background and practical agricultural insight.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Organised, detail-driven approach and ability to work independently or in a team.

• Rural planning and diversification projects
• Sales and lettings of farms, land, smallholdings and rural homes

Working hours:

• As a Chartered Rural Surveyor, you’ll be required to work Full-time.
• This is an office-based role in North Norfolk, with travel around Norfolk when required for appointments.

Chartered Rural Surveyor requirements:

• Level 3 Valuation (Desirable)
• Full CAAV membership (FAAV)

• A full UK driving licence and your own vehicle
