With succession planning firmly in mind, the firm is looking for someone who wants to build a long‑term career and become an important part of its future leadership.

The Role

The practice provides a wide range of rural property services and can shape the position around your particular expertise, experience and interests.

Your work could include:

  • Estate and rural property management
  • Valuation and rural professional services
  • Landlord and tenant matters
  • Agency, sales and land transactions
  • Farm business consultancy
  • Environmental and agri‑environment schemes
  • Strategic development
  • Compulsory purchase and compensation
  • Renewable energy and diversification projects

Whether your experience is centred on estate management, rural professional work or a specialist area such as renewables, there is flexibility to build upon your strengths while developing new areas of expertise.

Why Consider This Opportunity?
  • A genuine pathway to Partnership
  • Significant autonomy and responsibility
  • The opportunity to influence the future direction of the practice
  • A varied and high-quality rural client base
  • Flexible and hybrid working arrangements
  • Competitive salary and benefits
  • A friendly, professional and collaborative team
  • Long‑term career development within a successful independent business
About You

You will ideally be:

  • MRICS qualified, or hold an equivalent professional qualification
  • An experienced rural property professional
  • Commercially aware and focused on delivering an excellent client service
  • Confident in building and maintaining trusted client relationships
  • Comfortable taking ownership of work and contributing to business development
  • Interested in a long‑term career with the potential to progress to Partnership
