Rural Surveyor/Senior Surveyor - Leading Property Advisory Firm

Location: Market Harborough

Contract Type: Permanent

Our client, a well-established property advisory firm, is seeking a skilled Rural Surveyor/Senior Surveyor to join their team in Market Harborough. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified professional to work with a diverse portfolio of retained estate management clients across the East Midlands.

Position Overview

The successful candidate will play a key role in managing existing retained estate management portfolios, providing exceptional client care, and delivering a range of rural professional services. This position offers the chance to contribute to the growth and success of the firm while working in a supportive and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional client care and build strong relationships
  • Conduct lease renewals, rent reviews, and property management
  • Manage income, expenditure, and budgeting for corporate and traditional clients
  • Promote and embed Environmental, Social, and Corporate Governance in all work
  • Identify opportunities to grow and expand the business

Requirements

  • MRICS qualified with a rural surveying background
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative
  • Confident communicator and effective relationship builder
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Willing to travel nationally with occasional overnight stays
  • Ambitious and forward-thinking approach
  • Discretionary bonus scheme and company car/car allowance
