UK-Remote

Trading since 1989, we're the UK's largest provider of property risk expertise and residential surveying services. We complete more than one property inspection every 12 seconds and employ over 600 surveyors across the UK, offering nationwide coverage with local knowledge.

e.surv Chartered Surveyors are recruiting Residential Surveyors nationwide to join us on a survey-only basis. We seek driven and experienced professionals who are AssocRICS, MRICS, or FRICS accredited, focusing on Level 2 surveys, available on full-time or part-time basis.

Responsibilities

1. Conduct property inspections and document site notes for survey reports.
2. Maintain knowledge of local conditions affecting properties.
3. Apply industry standards (RICS) and company policies to produce survey reports.
4. Engage in ongoing professional development.
5. Collaborate with internal teams to optimize systems.
6. Build relationships with external agencies, such as estate agents and surveyors.
