Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Residential Building Surveyor to cover survey work in Leicestershire, Northamptonshire, and Rutland. The majority of work will be home-based with an office space available if desired. The Residential Building Surveyor will be responsible for conducting building surveys and valuation work on residential properties.

Qualifications

• Building Surveying and Condition Surveys skills
• MRICS or AssocRICS considered
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
