Job summary

Bidwells in Scotland is seeking a Land Agent/Rural Surveyor to support a significant rural estate portfolio. The role focuses on rural estate management, letting farms and properties, leases, and stakeholder liaison, with opportunities to work across instructions within the division.

You will build strong client relationships, develop plans, and report to clients and colleagues, while managing budgets and pursuing cross-sell opportunities within Bidwells.

Qualifications

• Experience in land agency, rural surveying or rural estate management.
• Ideally working towards or completed the RICS APC.
• Strong IT and MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver rural estate management services across the portfolio, including let farms and let residential properties, leases and stakeholder liaison.
• Develop client relationships and understand client needs.
• Develop plans and agree them with interested parties.
• Report regularly to clients and colleagues.
• Prepare, monitor and maintain budgets and financial records.
• Assist in business development and cross-sell Bidwells services.
• Share knowledge internally and act as a subject matter expert.
