Job summary

Bell Ingram is seeking an experienced Rural Surveyor to join our Perth team, covering Central Scotland and beyond. You will lead on estate management and valuations, delivering a broad range of rural surveying services and building strong relationships with landowners and occupiers with diverse interests.

Qualifications

• MRICS or AssocRICS qualification (or working towards) with rural surveying/estate management experience.
• RICS Registered Valuer preferred.
• FAAV preferred but not essential.
• Strong communication, reporting, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
• Full driving licence and access to a car.

Responsibilities

• Lead on estate management and valuations.
• Deliver the full range of rural surveying services across estates.
• Provide strategy and advisory on land development, compensation, and diversification.
• Develop business with new and existing clients.
