Bidwells in Scotland is seeking a Land Agent / Rural Surveyor to join our Rural Estate Management and Professional team. You will manage a diverse rural portfolio, nurture client relationships, and help identify opportunities to cross-sell services across the division.

The role emphasizes strong IT, accurate budgeting, and the ability to work independently with initiative while delivering high-quality professional guidance to private individuals, estates, trusts, and corporate clients.

Formación

• Experience in land agency, rural surveying, rural estate management and/or professional work.
• Strong IT skills, particularly Microsoft Office package.
• Excellent business writing and organisation skills.
• Friendly and professional approach; accuracy and attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver rural estate management services and projects across the rural portfolio including let farms and let residential properties, sporting leases, community and stakeholder liaison, managing staff and diversification projects.
• Client relationship management: develop strong relationships with tenants and clients, and understand client needs and requirements.
• Develop plans to satisfy the instructions and agree them with interested parties.
• Report regularly to the clients and colleagues.
• Prepare, monitor and maintain budgets and other financial records.
• Business development: help identify opportunities to cross-sell other Bidwells services.
• Internal relationship management (sharing knowledge and referring business).
• Act as a subject matter expert.
