Job summary

Howden Group is recruiting for Rural Sales Executives within the Small Farm Team. The role focuses on triaging inbound enquiries, broking insurance for telephone and web sales, onboarding new rural customers, and driving proactive client engagement while ensuring compliant, client-centric service.

Qualified candidates will have experience in a sales environment (preferably telesales), knowledge of the rural sector, and 1–2 years in insurance broking.

Qualifications

• Experience in a sales environment (preferably telesales).
• Knowledge or experience of the Rural Sector/Lifestyle (desirable).
• 1–2 years experience working in insurance broking sector.

Responsibilities

• Assist in creating comprehensive broking information documents.
• Maintain up-to-date records on Group systems.
• Assist in planning the most appropriate insurance programme for the client's demands and needs.
• Ensure information is passed to the appropriate team when required.
