Job summary

The National Trust is seeking a Commercial Team Leader to supervise the day-to-day operations of a property commercial team within food & beverage and retail at Avebury, Marlborough.

You’ll lead a busy café and shop, coach colleagues, manage displays, stock, and help hit income targets while delivering outstanding service. 37.5 hours, weekends and bank holidays; fixed-term until 30 September 2027.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising a small team in a customer-facing setting.
• Ability to manage front-of-house operations and stock levels.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
