The National Trust for Places of Historic Interest or Natural Beauty is recruiting a Commercial Team Leader for our rural site. You will supervise a busy café and shop, leading a team to deliver outstanding customer service with attention to display accuracy and product promotion.

Reporting to the Senior Commercial Manager, you will train colleagues, manage stock levels, and support fundraising conservation goals. Full-time, 37.5 hours/week, based at Tyntesfield, Bristol area.

Competenze

• No experience required, but applications welcome from those focused on great service.
• Ability to lead, support and develop a team.
• Strong organisational skills and adaptability.
• Confident handling a variety of situations including complaints.
• Willing to learn new skills and grow in role.
• Compliance with UK eligibility to work.

Mansioni

• Supervise day-to-day operations of a property commercial team within food & beverage and retail.
• Create a warm front-of-house environment and lead by example in customer service.
• Monitor stock, promote products and contribute to income targets.
• Train and develop team members, supporting career growth.
• Ensure displays and signage are accurate and up to date.
• Participate in induction and training in food safety and allergens.
