Job summary

Nano Fibre UK is seeking enthusiastic fibre broadband installation engineers to cover the Peterborough area as we scale. You will install FTTP fibre into homes and contribute to delivering our customer promise while joining a fast-growing team.

The role requires FTTP installation experience, a valid UK driving licence, and willingness to travel across the UK. You should demonstrate great customer service, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work flexible hours.

Qualifications

• FTTP fibre installation experience is essential.
• Valid UK driving licence required.
• Willing to travel across the UK.
• Able to work irregular hours and overtime when needed.
• Physically fit and able to climb poles as part of installation work.

Responsibilities

• Carry out home fibre installations and support our customer promise.
• Meet SLA KPIs and provide excellent customer service.
• Work independently or in small teams as required.
• Travel to different locations within the UK; accommodation provided where needed.

Nano Fibre UK are looking for fibre broadband installation engineers for the Peterborough area to help support us as we scale.

We are a fast growing company who are committed to offering the best service to our customers from our fibre broadband engineers in the region.

We offer a fixed annual salary package with additional incentives all while working alongside some of the best engineers in the industry.

We are looking for enthusiastic and self-driven individuals to carry out installations into the home and support us in delivering our customer promise.

Key requirements:

• FTTP Fibre installation experience is essential but the right attitude is more important to us.
• You should show effective problem solving and interpersonal skills, a focus on teamwork and brilliant customer service.
• You should possess good logical skills, the ability to prioritise tasks and be willing to find the best customer solutions possible.
• Nano covers different areas of the country so you may have to travel some times.
• As you will be visiting homes around your area you will need a valid UK driver’s licence
• The ability to work irregular hours and overtime to achieve our customer service targets is some times required.
• You should be medically fit and able to carry out a physical job as climbing poles is our business.
• Able to work in teams or alone to meet our SLA KPI' s set by our partners.
• Willing to work in other locations within the UK if required (accommodation provided)

Additional OTE (On Target Earning) incentives are available on top of the annual salary.

• Sa001 - Overhead safety
• Sa002 - Underground safety
• S7 - Underground install (Or N28 & K8)
