Powys Teaching Health Board is seeking motivated nurses for bank positions across Powys. You will provide evidenced-based nursing care, work within a multidisciplinary team, and participate in ongoing training and development.

Roles are across rural hospital sites with flexible working patterns and the possibility to travel between locations. Onboarding includes mandatory training; Welsh language skills are welcome and training provided if needed.

Qualifikationen

• NMC Registered (UK) required.
• Experience of direct nursing care and holistic nursing approach.
• Ability to document clearly and accurately.
• Welsh language skills encouraged; training available.

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate evidenced-based nursing care.
• Assist in management and education/supervision of staff.
• Work collaboratively as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
