Job summary

Powys Teaching Health Board is seeking motivated nurses to join our bank nursing team across Powys, delivering patient-centered care in rural hospital sites. This bank role requires flexibility to cover evenings, nights and weekends as needed.

Applicants should be NMC registered, with post-registration training and safeguarding awareness. You will work within a multidisciplinary team, providing evidence-based care and contributing to staff development while travelling to different sites.

Qualifications

• NMC Registered and eligible to practice
• Post-registration study and training evidenced

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care based on evidence
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to meet patient and family needs
• Support education, development and supervision of other staff members
