Job summary

Il Bambini Club, part of The Hoxton, Shoreditch, seeks a Runner to join our lively hospitality team. You will help deliver food and drinks, support the front-of-house during busy service, and ensure guests have a memorable experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years in a busy restaurant or bar.

Responsibilities

• Support the front-of-house team during service, ensuring food and drinks reach tables promptly.
• Be attentive, friendly and ready to assist wherever needed to enhance guest experience.
• Act as a liaison between kitchen, bar and floor team, communicating quickly and clearly.
• Keep service areas organised, clean and well stocked to maintain smooth operation.
• Learn the menu, products and service standards to confidently answer guest questions.

Job Description

• Support the front-of-house team throughout service, ensuring food and drinks are delivered to the right tables promptly and efficiently
• Help create a memorable guest experience by being attentive, friendly and ready to assist wherever needed
• Act as an important link between the kitchen, bar and floor team, communicating clearly and responding quickly to requests
• Keep the restaurant organised and service areas clean and well stocked, helping the team maintain a smooth and efficient service
• Get to know our menu, products and service standards so you can confidently support the team and answer basic guest questions

Qualifications

• 2+ years previous experience in a busy restaurant or bar
• You’re all about having a positive impact on the people you interact with, leaving them with a memorable experience
• You’re looking for a place where you can be you; no clones in suits here
